Purchases
We charge a fixed fee of £395 + VAT + Disbursements whatever the purchase price.
For genuine first time buyers or investors buying more than one property on the development we will reduce our fee by £50 + VAT.
If the property is leasehold or being purchased under a shared ownership scheme our fixed fee is £495 + VAT + Disbursements.
Disbursements or third party costs can vary from area to area but the following generally apply:

Sales
We will undertake all related sales for the fixed fee of £475 inclusive or £575 inclusive if the property is leasehold.
